Blu always available menu?

Thinking of going AQ but wondering about blu... Spouse is a very conservative eater. Is there an alternative/always avail menu in Blu with "simple" items like in the MDR?

 

Are things like basic salads, shrimp cocktail, baked potatoes always available? Thanks!

I cannot remember specifics, but, yes, there are standard steak, chicken, fish dishes available every evening. Not to mention what has been mentioned several times in the other on-going Blu thread, they will make about anything that you want.
