beachladiie Posted February 8, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2005 i saw it in my magazine that jessica simpson was doing 20 reps of squats, & 3 sets of them.. holding it for 3 seconds.. bc she lost weight,&i thought id try it, and i am.. and its working REALLY well. it hurts when i do it so that means its working. :) y'all should try it. The wider you have your feet the more it will work your glutes, the closer together your feet are the more it will work your thighs.
