Aruba ABC Jeep Safari Refund

Has anyone else had trouble trying to get there refund back from ABC Tours.

I cancelled almost a month ago and was informed that they would credit my credit card for the group of 13 that I had reserved. I have called twice, E-mailed twice and still just getting promises of the refund. Has anyone else had trouble with this tour operator?

Sorry I can't answer your question regarding this particular establishment but I would advise you to call your credit card company. They can sometime have great influence on getting someone to do what's right.

I did get my refund credited to my account on 2-10-05 after several calls and e-mails and disputing the bill with my credit card company. Not sure what the hold up was maybe ABC Safari can post a response on this post to explain to everyone who reads this
