Morning or afternoon, does it make any difference? Also Skagway or Juneau?

Any comments as to which comapny is better, meaning overall, price,safety and best area, if we do the combo Glacier Landing/Dogsledding?

No guarantees in Alaska. so book who fits your scheduling best, glacier dog sleding is more canceled out of Juneau- statistically. Look at TEMSCO- they are very limited on independent bookings, and Coastal out of Juneau.

Godwin still has child rates and is the only dog sled operator in Seward they are the oldest and have been there the longest. They did back flips to help us.

I would try to book at noon or after in case there is fog in the morning that lifts by then. The fog could cancel your tour if it's thick. But if it lifts, you may not have to be the one to lose out that day if you have a later tour booked.
