Mariner of the Seas - Med Cruise

Looking at cruise on Mariner from - Civitavecchia (Rome) with ports of call at, Messina (Sicily), Italy; Piraeus (Athens), Greece; Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey; Rhodes, Greece; Chania (Souda),Crete, Greece; Naples, Capri, Italy; Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy - does anyone have any advice on which might be the better side of the ship ie port or starboard

- we enjoy sitting on the balcony having a wee glass of wine in the evening ;)

I would go for the port side but even when the ship is in port it doesn't necessarily mean that you'll have the best views. But we've done port on a similar itinerary.

 

It looks like a great cruise.
