I assume, since this is on the Celebrity board, that your question is directed at Celebrity's ships. The casinos on the Millennium-class ships are the largest in square footage. They have 201 slots (5c, 25c, $1, $5) and 11 gaming tables.

The Mercury (177 slots/10 tables, Century (176/10), Galaxy (167/10), Zenith and Horizon (both 167/10) are not much smaller.

Hi, I like the way the casino on the Century is set up. I know they are bigger on the Millenium class ships but for some reason they seemed smaller to me. I don't play the slots, but I enjoy Black Jack, Caribbean Poker, and I love Three Card Poker, but I'm not sure if they have a table for that.

I saw a post on here a while back about someone trying to get a poker game set up before they sail. I thought that was a great Idea. I might try to do the same for My sailing in June.

HI all,

This is our first cruise on Celebrity and I was wodering about the casinos also on the Galaxy. I have seen/heard that there is in-room gaming. Does anyone know if this is true and if so how does it work?? What is available with this service and how do you play???

Thanks

Jeffrey

Yes, there is gaming on the TV in the cabins of Celebrity ships. I only played Blackjack, but there was a slot machine game, and I believe others. Interestingly enough, the rules on the Blackjack game on the Summit were different than those on the Zenith, and came from different vendors. The games work by buying credits online which are charged to your account. Any winnings can be credited back to your account. On the Summit I was fortunate enough to disembark with a credit balance on my account.

Wow!! Thanks for the iformation. Sounds like a good way to get in trouble. I could imagine someone letting that get out of hand. I still enjoy the whistle and bells in a 'live' casino!!

Hi all, Know this is a Celebrity board, but just got off the April 4-11 western trip on Mariner of the Seas. This was our 22nd cruise having been on numerous lines and ships. Talk about a large casino. You'll have to see this one. Also have found that RCCL and Celebrity slots pay out much better than any of the others. Have fun

Ok, well I hope you know that now I will be booking Mariner of the Seas to keep the wallet also known as DH happy. That is out of Port Canaveral right?
