Queen or 2 x Doubles

I see that our sleeping set-up in our cabin can arranged as either one Queen bed or two twin beds.

 

When should we let them know our preference ?

 

Is it usually done thru the T/A, calling the Line, or letting them know when you board ?

The TA usually tells Oceania, and the cabin attendants get a report recording your request. No worries though, they can change it back and forth within minutes.

You can have your T/A request the bed arrangement but the best way is to ask your room steward as soon as you get on board to arrange the beds to your liking.

Maybe I'll give my T/A a heads up on our request, but it sounds as though it's not too critical and can have it done once on board.

If you're a man and a woman with the same last name, chances are it will be set up as a Queen when you arrive, anyway.

I did notice our paperwork said that the Queen Bed setup was the default mode.
