Is there any way we can set up transportation that will provide a car seat in St. Thomas? We will be on the Carnival Dream in January and do not plan on taking our own car seat. But I don't feel comfortable traveling without my 17 month old in a car seat so if I absolutely have to bring it, I will but would rather not. Does anyone know if there are taxis or a tour guide that can/will provide a car seat? Thanks!
