cheffip Posted October 17, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 17, 2010 I've cruised many times but I'm really looking forward to my first-ever Windstar cruise - Wind Star from Barcelona to Lisbon on November 6. I don't normally have problems with motion on cruises but I'm wondering how much rolling of the ship to expect and whether I should take any extra precautions (patch, wrist bands etc). I know the Med is unpredictable in November but would appreciate advice from anyone who has travelled at this time of year.

There have been many threads on this exact subject.
