leedsmum Posted October 23, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2010 I just want to say what a truly wonderful cruise we have just had on the Millenium. We travelled with our daughter, son in law and their beautiful 7 month old son, Freddie. Any fears that I had about taking a young baby with us disappeared within an hour of being on board. Everyone we met (without exception) was friendly, the crew were simply magnificent and above all Freddie was a little angel. He quickly became used to strangers coming up to him and chatting. Thankfully he didn't seem to know what jet lag is and adapted so much more quickly than us. Without a doubt, my DD had prepared as though we were going on a military operation and had made sure we had everything we needed...but our holiday was made special by the ship (beautiful), the crew (exceptional), the other passengers (friendly) and the Caribbean Islands ( I want to go back!!!). From us, Freddie and the yellow duck.....hope all our fellow ship mates enjoyed themselves as much as we did!

SusieV Posted October 23, 2010 #3 Share Posted October 23, 2010 Glad to hear it went well. We're taking our 14 month son on a cruise in December and I'm a little anxious about it. Other people's kids always drove me nuts on cruises before I had any, and I want to make sure my little guy doesn't do it to anyone else!
