Where to buy water & pop before boarding?

I'm staying in the lower Garden District on Magazine Street at a Guest House. Is there a good place around to buy soda pop and bottled water before boarding the ship?

I was just down there yesterday, and passed by an Albertson's Supermarket in that area. When my brain starts functioning this morning, I'll think of the street and let you know. Would be MUCH cheaper than one of the quickstop places. (Actually, the guest house proprietor would know of a nearby place, I'm sure.):)

It would be nice if it was within walking distance or trolley distance! Thanks for your help. I just like to plan ahead, Albertsons would be great, I even have my discount card!
