MSC SINFONIA: "dress code"?

Any idea how much formal wear we will need for a 5 night cruise?? We're sailing on 15th nov.

You really don't need to bring any formal wear. A suit or sport coat for the men and a nice dress or pant suit for the ladies and you'll be in the norm. I've never been on a 5 night cruise but the 7 nighters have two gala evenings. The other evenings are informal or casual.
