Thank you LIZ at NCL for the GREAT customer service!!

I just got off the phone with LIZ at NCL. I had been making my own entertainment and dining bookings, and when I started looking at the finished itinerary, I realized that I needed to make a change. Liz not only made the original change, but two additional ones after talking to me about what I had booked and how long the shows were. She was friendly, polite, personable, and couldn't have been more helpful. I asked her if she had an extension, but unfortunately she didn't, so she's just someone you might luck into having answer your call if you need help.

 

If everyone who ever called NCL had an experience like the one I had today, we would never see a complaint. :)
