which ports are tenders in Carribean?

We will be sailing in December to Key West, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Does anyone know which ports are tender vs docked? I know it is always a bigger challenge on the tenders so I am going to try to plan the scuba diving trip on a docked port.

Grand Cayman is a tender port.

If you're going to Ocho Rios, that's the only Jamaica port I've been to.... that's NOT tender.

Cozumel is also non-tender.

But.... I'd say the best diving is in Grand Cayman. I've had 2 excellent dives there.
