All lower category cabins have showers only. None of the old Category 1 (now CC) cabins we've been in ever had a tub. As to what's worth what to you -- do you prefer more space, access to a butler, a better price, ??? Each item will help in the decision. On M-Class ships (like the Summit), we're prefectly happy with aft CC cabins, or better yet, FV cabins when available. On C-Class ships, we like SS cabins in the Sky Deck in order to begin to approximate the space we're used to having in aft CC or FV cabins on M-Class. As to "CC" cabins being "regular balcony cabins" -- the old Category 1 cabins are 191 square feet inside w/veranda. The Category 2 cabins are only 171 square feet. All of the old Category 1 cabins are being converted to "CC". Not that anything is being done to the cabins, mind you, just the services that come along with "CC". The aft "CC" cabins have monster verandas bigger most of the ship's cabins!

MLAinVA Posted February 21, 2005 #4 Share Posted February 21, 2005 For what it's worth, we had a Jacuzzi tub in our Sky Suite on the Century.
