Do I call the number at the top of the page on this link:

or do I call Celebrity reservations directly? The phone numbers are different.

Also can you not find this deal on their website? Today they have a "1 day exciting deal" listed on their specials page but the prices don't match above link.

Short answer: Yes & No.

"Search this Forum" for Tuesday Exciting Deal and you will find many threads with details about booking these last minute fares. Here is one:

Tip: Check if special fares for resident, military, senior etc. could be applied to your purchase from the X website rate. There is a military rate for one of the Christmas cruises in today's sale that is cheaper than the Exciting Deal.
