Nassau - Best place for a nice lunch and cocktail with a view?

OK...so I am leaning to just finding a really nice place (doesn't have to mean expensive) to go have a local seafood lunch, a couple of wines or a martini with an EXCELLENT view of the water. Not really interested in Atlantis or the touristy things. Suggestions:confused:
