You will be happy with the quality of NCL's food. Their bread is great if you like your carbs and they always have a nice assortment of foods to choose from. They generally will have bbqs on the deck area for sea days, which is quite tasty: ribs, beef and chicken for example.

I do not got on vacation to eat hot dogs and pizza.

the food on NCL a couple years ago was decent. however, in the last year they have made vast improvements in the quality and variety. IMO their food went from a 7 to an 8.5 (a "9" meal usually cost me $100+ just for the food for 2 for reference). i have seen many people bash NCL food, most of them haven't been on NCL in 5+ years. if you want more detail on the particular ship you are going on, check the reviews from the last few weeks. the food def varies from ship to ship, but not by a ton from my experience
