Log into "My Princess" and then your cruise. If the shore excursions are available, anytime from 120 days before your cruise, you'll see the pricing.

I believe you have to be booked on a cruise and go through your cruise personalizer in order to view the prices. I imagine the prices vary with time of year and close to sailing it is. Are you booked on a cruise? If so, log in to your cruise personalizer and click "Excursion Reservations" on the right side and you'll find your way to view prices.
