Miracle Spin Class ?

Does anyone know if the spin bikes on the Miracle have shoe clips on the pedals?

Have done spin on the Miracle but what is a shoe clip?

Bike shoes can be attached directly to the pedals if they have shoe clips. This removes the need for sticking your toes in the cage. Makes for a much better pedaling motion. If you ride much you really don`t ever want to go back to using cages.

Not sure about the Miracle, but the ones on the Conquest class ships have straps

Thank you. Yes all of the bikes will have the straps (cages) always.

 

My question was do the pedals allow for the use of shoe clips? I ask only because I do not want to pack another pair of shoes for my big feet unless I can actually use them.
