We ordered 2 sets on our cruise through the celebrity vineyards site when we got back from our vacation (ordered on Dec. 7). They were supposedly sent by UPS, but they have not arrived yet. Even if it's UPS ground, it has been 2 weeks since it shipped. It should have arrived by now. I have called twice, both times the people on the phone have been nice and promised to send me the tracking info so we can find where my wine glasses are, but both times I have received nothing. I am starting to get frustrated. I'm curious if my experience is more the exception or the rule, or if there are suggestions for other avenues to get my issue resolved.
