Galveston - Bed and Breakfast or Carnival wedding?

We already have our cruise scheduled leaving July 17 on the Conquest - it is our honeymoon. Now I must decide if I want a Bed and Breakfast or Carnival wedding. I have a few B&B's to visit this week and next week...I am leaning towards the Cruise wedding...any ideas?

 

BTW - here is our fantastic proposal...he caught it on film!!!
