Thanks to Mach and John, I now have reservations for the Chefs Table for Jan 8 sailing on the Ecstasy. The dinner is Jan 9 and that is the day we are celebrating 40 years of marriage. It is a surprise, so don't tell her.

Congratulations on 40 years! We wrote for our reservation in March but havent heard back yet :)

Awesome, thanks I will be sure to do that!

We were just going to do the steakhouse but this sounds like so much more fun :)

We did this on the Glory in September and it was fantastic! There were 10 people who booked it the night tha twe went. The Chef met us in the atrium bar and took us into the kitchen during the regular early seating. It was interesting to see the place in action. While in the kitchen, he showed us around, did a demo of how to make the chocolate melting cake and served us champagne and canapes. We were then escorted to a private dining room for dinner. The whole thing was very impressive...., service and food. Lots of wine too .From start to finish, it was almost 3 hours. I think this will be a great way for you to celebrate your special day.....have fun!

My daughter and I did this a couple of weeks ago on the Ecstasy. It was a fantastic evening. There were ten of us and we ate in the Library after our tour of the galley. My daughter was facing the window and could see people walking by. Many stopped to stare and watch, wondering what was going on. It lasted over four hours and was a wonderful experience. We had the sweetest young waiter, Raymond. He said he was so honored and excited to have been chosen to be the waiter for the Chef's Table.
