booking excursions online?

I guess the most obvious questions is are you signed up/registered on the Carnival web site?

If you're not registered, and therefore you don't have an ID and password, you won't be able to access the online shore excursion booking.

Beyond that, you may try calling carnival for help. My brother-in-law had some luck with that.

When are you sailing? You must be 180 days out or less, but not all excursions/sailings have been put into the system yet. My June cruise is only listing a couple of golf excursions and a scuba excursion so far. Carnival told me to just keep checking as they are inputting excursions/sailings daily.

We booked two excursions on-line for our Pride cruise and it worked out great. The tickets were in our cabin when we arrived. I presumed the charge would go on my credit card as soon as I booked, but I haven't seen it yet. It showed up as a charge and then a credit on the sign and sail so I guess the credit card is not billed until you actually cruise.
