Royal Palms vs. Sea Grape beach in Grand Cayman

We will be visiting Grand Cayman the end of February and would like advice on whether to go to Royal Palms or Sea Grape beach. We really just want a nice white sand beach that you can get in the water and have a good time. I heard Royal Palms is nice, but very crowded. I really do not know anything about Sea Grape beach. Please tell me good and bad points about each beach, so I can compare them. Is there shopping near the beaches that you can walk to.:o

Do a search in this forum for the two beach names, and you'll find tons of threads describing the beaches, and some even have pictures.

Both beaches will be crowded if there are ships in port, as they are two of the main beaches cruise ship visitors head for.
