If you booked your cruise with a travel agent and need to make a Price Protection claim, simply contact your travel agent and they will submit it for you.

 

The wording is not as clear as it should be, but you must go through your TA to submit the ES form.

If you booked via TA, the TA is supposed to submit the form for you; they seem to have cracked down on acce;ting forms for TA-booked cruises directly from the cruiser.

 

If you booked with Carnival, you are supposed to submit the form; your PVP isn't supposed to handle ES price adjustments and there seems to have also been a crackdown on this.
