Rebec31 Posted February 19, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2011 Hi there - Finally countdown to my FIRST Europe trip/cruise on Costa!! More questions: Does the ship use both Euros and US dollars (casino/bingo stuff), do you need a converter for the outlets and is it going to be the most fantastic trip ever?! :):)
G.M.T. Posted February 19, 2011 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2011 Casino is Euro € based. There are two electrical sockets in the cabin, one European 220 V and 1 American 110V. A cruise is what YOU make of it. Have a great cruise. Ron

Just take Euros, they are widely accepted. There are '0000s of Moroccan geurst works in the EU and they send bacl millions of €s back home each year. Also take some small Euro change.
