How to post a video?

I know how and have become proficient in adding photos to my posts/reviews (via webshots) bu twondering is there a way to add a 'video'?

 

I want to add the actual video and not a 'link' to a video. If anyone knows how to do this (either from my computer or webshots) please advise!
