Grand Princess Southern Caribbean port or starboard?

We are going on the grand Princess Dec 17, 2011 and would like to know whether the gangway is on the port or starboard side. Anyone been lately?

It depends on the port. We've been to Aruba the past two Decembers and both of those times the gangway was on the port side.

It will vary from port to port and day to day, tides, currents and winds. Pick a side and enjoy your cruise.

I do not know what your itinerary is, when I pick which side I want, I look at sailing times and days at sea and try to pick the side that will have the most sunsets from the balcony (no it isn't the same each way because some days you may have late port calls or be on the side of the island that obstructs the sunset.
