Transfers to and from Southhampton

Do Fred Olsen and P&O offer transfer service to and from Southhampton for clients arriving from the United States at one of the London area airports? Is there a fee? Wife and I are considering a Fred Olsen or P&O cruise to Canaries in December 2011 after a most enjoyable cruise to the Amazon on P&O in January last year. Any info greatly appreciated.
