so mad right now

after 3 times of submitting the early saver form it was approved. now my future cruise certificate is gone. so i went from $340 in obc to $300 and it should be $400. so i call carnival they tell me to call back tomorrow and talk to a different department. URRRRR. don't they know people have to work.
