I posted on the Carnival board and got mixed reviews. This place is on Spruce St. Anyone stay there or been by???

I've driven by there, but never been inside or up close. Someone earlier posted that it was kinda run down and older inside. There have been a couple threads here in the past month about hotels in Tampa. Might want to look around and check out some of the other places mentioned. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask and I'll try to help.
