Enjoy island sightseeing and then escape to Grand Turk’s famous Governor’s Beach for a relaxing day of sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling!

On this excursion you will:

• Enjoy island sightseeing and then escape to the famous Governor’s Beach for a relaxing day of sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling!
  
• Your guide will provide cultural and historical information as you drive to special points of interest on this small island.
  
• Begin with a photo stop at John Glenn’s commemorative capsule and the “salt pans”, evidence of Grand Turk’s salt-raking past.
  
• You’ll see the historic homes along quaint Duke Street and visit the Grand Turk Methodist Church where you’ll learn about its architecture and significance to the island’s culture.
  
• Stroll along Front Street as your guide points out areas of interest, including the Anglican Church, the Victoria Library, and other historical buildings.
  
• Reboard your bus for the ride to Governor’s Beach, a protected area within the Columbus Landfall National Park where you can enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or simply relax on your complimentary lounge chair.
