Ocean Jewelers has Restored my Faith

Thanks to Gary T, I received an email from Ocean Jewelers offering

to repair or replace a ring we purchased from them (one of the stones

fell out). It seems that they did reply to my emails, but unaware to me,

they ended up in my Spam folder, and I didn't catch it.

 

So I will tell you this. Ocean Jewelers is a great place to buy liquor,

cigars, and jewelry. It is back on top of my list of favorite places to shop

in St Martins....and I retract anything negative I may have said out of

frustration.

I really didn't do that much, just established that Ocean had tried to communicate with the poster and somehow it didn't work out.

 

Got them connected and they're all happy.

:) I visited Ocean Jewelers when our cruise ship stopped here for the day. Just wanted to browse since I've read so many good reviews of this store. Bob showed me some beautiful Tanzanite and Diamond rings with no pressure to buy. He worked very closely with me on price and was very willing to make me happy. Well I did buy that beautiful ring and he had it sized and ready with an appraisal before I had to head back to my ship!!! I also bought some cute Larimar charms in the shape of flip flops!! I would recommend this store and Bob to anyone who may visit this Friendly Island!!! I will definitely shop here again the next time I'm in St Maarten! Thanks Bob for my treasures, I've gotten many compliments on them!!!!
