Total trip cost items to include

If I'm driving to port and the hotel isn't a pre-pay and can be canceled the day of arrival without cost.....is there a trip cost I'm missing that I should include in the total cost per person on my trip insurance?

Rule of thumb: pre-paid and non-refundable trip costs only. Anything over and above that is throwing your money away.

 

I believe you'll find that your pre-paid tips would be refunded to you in the case of a cancellation.
