help with Guest Vacation Documents

when i go to choose if i want to recieve them via mail or email it wont let me click anything is there some sort of issue or is it because i booked through a TA

oh my aunt is the one dealing with the ta so i have no idea do they just mail em or how does that work i have never used a ta before

I booked my upcoming cruise with a TA and had the same issue. Then one day I logged on and there was button to view or print the documents. I guess after a certain point they enable you to get the docs even though you booked with a TA. This happened maybe 45 days out from the cruise departure. Take care, Jim
