Rate drops - how to find out???

I read lots about rate drops. How do I find out if my rate dropped and I am due a credit? I book through AAA. does it matter.

Assuming you booked an Early Saver rate, I visit the Carnival website and go through the whole process as though I'm booking a room to see what the actual rates per person are.

find out how much youpaid fopr cruise fare only.

You can find this by going to the carnival web page- and view your documents and click on general information.

You compare prices using the cruise only price. (without adding port charges or government taxes.

 

Like the previous poster stated-- after final payment a person needed to be booked using Early Saver rate in order to get any price reductions

Well I check the Carnival web site daily, but rates can change two or three times in a day. I don't know if you have booked through AAA if discounts are available since you booked at a group rate. Call Carnival and ask them if the rates changes to lower than what you paid through AAA, if you get an OBC. But call two different times, you may get two different answers. Good Luck!

Carnival does NOT allow for discounting prices but group rates are different.

In the past if we changed the structure of the pricing of the group rate we lost amenties.

I have sailed 6 xs on carnival. either call or email the company or travel agent weekly to find out. Do NOT PAY IN FULL TILL THE LAST DATE YOU CAN . If pay in full you you can not get ajustment

by calling weekly you might miss out on a price drop. On our Pride cruise the price dropped one day only by 180.00
