flirtingwith50 Posted April 9, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2011 When i logged onto Carnival and selected 'manage my cruise' I noticed that my email address is wrong. but i can enter my password and access my booking. dustyroad Posted April 9, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2011 maybe there is a answer in the fqa section. i would type in email address and it might give you a option too change it. if that doesnt work you might have too call carnival and see if they can help you. i really hate the new way too get too my booked cruise. you have too go through about 5 steps too get too '' my billing '' too see what is going on. good luck.
