excursions booked invisable

Neither I nor my daughter can view our cruise line booked excursions on Grand Cayman.

Been all over our accts and it's not on our billing or anywhere else.

The faves are there, just not the actual charges.

Please someone give me a clue.

If I cannot figure this out, will have to talk to an idiot at Carnival.

(and no lol about that)

They are very polite and helpful.

If you can get an answer that makes sense and is reliable.

I have booked the reef snorkel twice, the DD has booked the Pirate excursion twice.

Still not there.

I am computer literate and have searched every square inch of my acct for this stuff.

I have taken this question as well as questions about my FCCs and OBC's (stock credits) to them several times and still don't have them posted.

I do have a returned receipt requested card, so I know they received my FCC, and they refunded my credit card the 100 dollars, but still no OBC for that.

Have faxed my proof of ownership stock twice.

Maybe you can call them for me, golfadj?

Just got off the phone call with Carnival.

Was bounced around 4 times for 3 different questions.

They were all very polite, just not well trained, (or maybe a language barrier??)

#3 answered my ? about the snorkel excursions by (very pleasant!) letting me know she couldn't see any such charges.

When I asked what I was doing wrong, call transferred!!!

The very pleasant #4 (which was the specific online department) let me know that the bookings were not showing up.

Duh.

I guess I will try again at some future date (Thanksgiving sailing, plenty of time).

Betcha I have to book on board.

Just FYI, I was also polite, didn't raise my voice or express my frustration at any point.

.....I booked the HMC cabana for one of my excursions.

After selecting your booking, on the "MY CRUISE DETAILS" page, look at the itinerary below and you should see a tab that says "MY ACTIVITIES". I click on that and my excursion shows up.

:D

Do you have a pvp at carnival. If so hand it off to them to solve for you.

I went thru a regular carnival booking agent and naturally he is never at his extension.

We always pay for the entire cruise at one time and think this may have something to do with that.

Didn't learn about the PVP's until a couple of weeks ago.

Do you think one will take me on after having booked/payed already?

I only have 3 questions and all can be fixed by someone looking at my itemized billing page.
