Elation E175

Matt in FL

Recommended Posts

We recently returned from a 5 day cruise on the Elation from Mobile. We were in E175 oceanview on the Empress deck. The room was clean and well kept but the air conditioner did not work properly throughout the entire cruise. The adjustment knob did nothing to increase or decrease the airflow which was minimal at all times. We contacted guest services several times but but it never seemed to work properly. This room is under the dining room and we did hear noise from time to time but it seemed to be mechanical noise that wasn't too bothersome. Other than that, it was a great cruise with great weather.

We stayed in E161 on the 4/3 cruise on elation. No problem with the air, we actually were adjusting it a lot. I would get cold and turn it up and the kids would get hot and turn it down. It adjust very quickly.

I did hear a cart once or twice overhead early in the morning. But the kids said they never heard it.
