RCCL Adding Solo Cabins on Radiance

It's a whole 3 cabins but guess it's a start. Like the Epic will be smaller then an inside cabin. Not sure when they will be available, probably when they get out of drydock. Have not tried "Googling" it.

 

Frankly, is a bit of a slap in the face to solo travelers to presume that becasue you are alone all you deserve/want is an undersized box. If they want to do something for solos they should do some adjustments to the single supplements. Usually like to take a balcony & have managed to do OK by shopping around but still end up paying around 175%.

Do you or anyone else have some more details on this? Like the approximate prices vs. the current single supplement of 200%.

The Radiance is heading to Australia in the fall, so you won't have a lot of time here to take advantage of those 3 cabins.

Sorry. Very little info available with the exception of RCCL press release. I guess you could call RCCL.

As long as the cruise lines can suck the life out of solo travelers, they will continue to do so. It is a travesty to have to pay 200% for sole occupancy of a cabin when a ship is NOT full.

 

But that is currently the only choice we have....
