Teremoana tours on Bora Bora: Good or bad?

For our 2nd day in Bora Bora, we currently have the following activities booked thru Princess:

SNORKEL SAFARI & RAY BALLET in the morning

LAGOON SAIL BY CATAMARAN in the afternoon.

Total: $161 per person.

We're considering doing the Teremoana tour instead (for about $80 per person). Does anyone have good (or bad) things to say about that tour? Thanks.

You can pick up lots of great tours onshore for lots less money.
