What day is 2nd Elegant night on Legend?

We are sailing on the Legend July 24th. I know the first Elegant Night will be our first sea day. Does anyone know what day will be the 2nd Elegant Night? I know it is normally the 2nd to last day of the cruise but, we are porting at Grand Cayman that day and do not leave port till 6pm. Surely it won't be that day?!? We have early dinner with 2 small grandchildren and it sure would cut our day in Grand Cayman short!

It's Friday. That's why we always do late or any time dining. Sorry. Maybe eat buffet that night?

I have heard it sometimes alternates between thursday and friday? (at least that is what some recent legend cruisers have reported). In any case you would have to be back on the ship by 5:30 pm and I would guess the last tender would leave no later than 4:45 pm or so - so that is most probably when your 'day in Grand Cayman' would end! :D
