jrdbrn Posted July 11, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2011 We got back from our cruise Saturday. How many days does it take for the account to be charged to my credit card? It's a mental thing, but I'd really like to pay it off as soon as possible :)
klfrodo Posted July 11, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 11, 2011 That's completely up to the financial institution that handles your credit card. The cruiseline has already posted the charge in their accounting department.
Brighton Line Posted July 11, 2011 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2011 It all depends on your bank. I returned last Thursday and on Saturday when I checked the Credit Card my total charge for the cruise was there but I still had temporary hold authorizations on the account for four different amounts. Just checked now, Monday, and $239.95 in four different amounts is still on hold even though the over $900 total charge is listed.

ramrax4 Posted July 11, 2011 #5 Share Posted July 11, 2011 My experience so far seems to be between 3-7 days after disembarking. Robin
