Photo opportunities?

Just wondering what type of photo opportunities there once we get off the ship. Meaning, does Carnival have a photo op as you get off the ship? We've got off the ship before and have had certain backdrops for the specific island we were on. I believe these were taken by the ship's photographer.

 

We're heading to Nassau and Grand Turk along with Half Moon Cay next month and I'm just wondering if I should by watching for these photo ops and what would they be? I love getting these pics....

When we did the Western Caribbean itinerary out of Galveston, there were photographers as soon as we got of the ship. With some kind of setting pertaining to the port we were at.

I have never been to these particular ports but on every cruise I have been on there has been photos ops; at least 2, at every port

I've been to 2 of these ports, and yes, there are photographers. In Nassau, they are as you get off the ship. In HMC they are after you get off the tender.

 

I can't imagine Carnival wouldn't have photographers at each and every stop of each and every cruise. :rolleyes:

Trust me, you won't miss the photo ops!! Getting off in Nassau there will the one on the gangplank, then there will be one with a Junkanoo guy, then I think as you keep walking to the terminal there will be one with a ships wheel with the ship in the background, etc.

I'm always the one in line getting off the ship screaming at my family: Stay with me, so we get in one picture!

Those are my favorite pictures!! I always buy them!! Its great to have as a reminder:) They will have at least 2 photo ops for each stop!!

Like the others have said at least 2 but if you would rather be in a different location, there's always folks around would would love to take your picture for you if you have your own camera.

The secret is not in finding the photo ops but getting out of them if you don't feel like getting your picture taken with whatever they have set up.
