Coffee shop open on Embarkation?

Will the specialty coffee/pastry shop be open before the ship sets sail? We'll be on the Glory on Monday. I ordered the "Chocolate Delight" (4 chocolate covered strawberries and 4 chocolate wafers) and the canape tray for embarkation, but then read that the canape tray might not be there for sail away. I'd rather not order another "Chocolate Delight" if I don't have to, and instead get some goodies from the specialty shop. Will it be open before we set sail?

Looking at my last Fun Times it says "Cafe Fans"...if that's it, it opens at Embarkation. Hope that helps.

I have Fun Times for 3 past cruises, on Fascination and Triumph, and on all 3, the coffee shop is open at 11 a.m. or noon.
