Which company would you choose in Ketchikan?

I am going to be in Ketchikan on Sept 2 and want to do the tour of Misty Fjords. Both Carlin Air and Family Tours have availability. Which company would you use? Very confused because both companies offer a 2 hr tour with a 15-30 minute stop to walk around and take pictures.

We just got back and used Michelle at Island Wings. If she has availabilty I would highly recommend it. We had a fabulous time.

I went with Dave from Family Air to Anan and was very satisfied with the flight, communication, and service.

I went with Carlin Air in June. Loved it. Frankly based on the reviews and feedback I've read here, my personal experience and talking to people on board, I think you would be happy with any of these reputable companies. After all the scenery is the same with all the companies listed. They've all been in the business for years and give a good tour.

 

do any of the companies offer a longer flight time than the others? If so, I'd go with the one with the longest time in the air.

We went with Carlin air after our kayak trip in orca's cove and though it was great. Our pilot was 2nd generation with 35 years experience which might make someone more comfortable if they are concerned about flying.

We flew with Carlin Air last week and had an amazing flight with an experienced, professional pilot. Highly recommended
