Southern Caribbean- Phone Home

In the islands of St Kitts, Grenada and Aruba, is there a phone/calling card that can be bought in the states to call home?

We did Southern Carribean - Destiny Feb 05 - and had cell service everywhere but Aruba, when in port. Not sure about your specific stops, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Get international calling for a 1 month period through your cell service if you don't have it already.... My AT&T service worked in all ports on the Destiny in October '04. We didn't go to Grenada or St. Kitts though.
