What cards are better for frequent cruisers? Are you talking about cards that give you money back?

I have over 39000.00 points and I want to use them to purchase shore excursions on my european cruise. But I dont want to use as OBC and shore excursions sell out before I can set up. Is there a way to use towards shore excursions before the cruise?

 

I know its a stretch but the shore excursions are very expensive for europe and Im taking my son and his wife. Im the pocket book.
