Contacting a Crew Member

Would anyone know how to contact a specific crew member on the Caribbean Princess. This young man worked at the Passenger Service Desk and was helpful to us regarding a problem we had. I would like to let him know that our problem was solved to our satisfaction shortly after we returned home.

Post a message on the Princess Facebook page. They check it often and I am sure they can figure out who you are talking about.

If you want to reward the person as well as let him know, send a letter to head office,

 

this will be passed down the line that way he will get to know but his boss

 

will know hes done a good job,

 

one letter can in some cases give a crew member an extra day off.

Send a letter to Princess..note the dept you want the note to go to. His supervisor will notify him. Past that, I'd move on.
